If you are having your second or third (or more!) baby you’ve come to the right place! Our private childbirth refresher class is a unique opportunity to connect with this pregnancy and explore an array of topics including sibling preparation.  

Whether you are planning a VBAC [vaginal birth after caesarean], need a supportive environment to debrief previous birth experiences, want to discover what has changed since your last birth, or simply want to revisit the relaxation and comfort measures best used for labour we have the tools to assist you!

As with all of our Childbirth Education courses, this Childbirth Refresher Class is designed and taught by our certified, trusted and experienced childbirth educator who is also a breastfeeding support specialist and family sleep educator.  Plus, we travel to teach the refresher class in your home in the Red Deer, Olds, Cochrane, Calgary and Airdrie areas. 

Investment: $269 +GST
*A registration fee of half the class cost is required to reserve your space on our calendar. The balance is due 7-10 days prior to the scheduled class date.

**Cancellation Policy - If you must cancel your private session, we request a minimum of 24 hrs notice. Appointments that are immediately rescheduled will not incur any fees. If you cancel within 24 hrs or less, you will be charged the full fee for your appointment.

Noteworthy Info:
The ideal time to take our private childbirth refresher class is your 30-37th week of pregnancy. To guarantee availability please book early in your second trimester as calendar dates for private education fill up quickly.

Our prenatal refresher class topics are presented in a variety of ways, including discussion, audio-visual means, shared experience and hands-on couple and/or group work.

Most insurance providers and/or Health Spending Accounts (HSA) will reimburse for the costs of prenatal education classes taught by a certified childbirth professional.
