As a postpartum doula, I’ll help build confidence and provide professional support to all members of the new family in the comfort of your home.

Postpartum Care Can Include:

  • Maternal recovery (rest and self-care)

  • Breastfeeding support and instruction

  • Answers for new parents (infant sleep, babywearing, etc.)

  • Newborn care (diapering, bathing, etc.)

  • Meal preparation and nutritional guidance

  • The completion of errands, as needed

  • Light household tasks (laundry, dishes, etc.)

  • Assistance with sibling adjustment and care

  • Accompanying mother and infant to important appointments

  • Phone/email/text support for 3 months after our time together is finished
