If you are having your second or third (or more!) baby you’ve come to the right place! Our private childbirth refresher class is a unique opportunity to connect with this pregnancy and explore an array of topics including sibling preparation.
If you're planning a VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean), want to learn what’s new and relevant since your last birth experience, or wish to review effective comfort techniques that can be utilized during labor, we are here to help you through every step of the process!

As with all of our Childbirth Education courses, this Childbirth Refresher Class is designed and taught by a certified, trusted and experienced childbirth educator who is also a breastfeeding support specialist and family sleep educator. The childbirth refresher class ensures a relaxed and personalized experience as you prepare for your best birth. We look forward to meeting your family!

The ideal time to take our private childbirth refresher class is your 30-37th week of pregnancy. To guarantee availability please book early in your second trimester as calendar dates for private education fill up quickly.

A registration fee of half the class cost is required to reserve your space on our calendar. The balance is due 7-10 days prior to the scheduled class date.

If you must cancel your private session, we request a minimum of 24 hrs notice. Appointments that are immediately rescheduled will not incur any fees. If you cancel within 24 hrs or less, you will be charged the full fee for your appointment.
